  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place your unused Solo New York gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
